MCC has extended the stray vacancy round of NEET UG counselling 2026. Registration and choice filling closed on 16 October; the result is scheduled for 19 October 2026, and allotted candidates must report by 26 October.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services has extended the schedule for the stray vacancy round of UG counselling 2026. The notice is dated 14 October 2026.
Revised schedule (server time)
- Registration: until 4 pm on 16 October 2026; the reset-registration option was available until 3 pm the same day
- Payment: until 6 pm on 16 October 2026
- Choice filling: until 11.55 pm on 16 October 2026, with choice locking from 7 pm to 11.55 pm
- Seat processing: 17 and 18 October 2026
- Stray round result: 19 October 2026
- Reporting at allotted institutes: 19 to 26 October 2026
