The RRBs have notified 3,548 graduate-level NTPC posts under CEN 06/2026. Online applications opened on 8 October 2026 and close on 6 November 2026 at 11:59 pm.
The Railway Recruitment Boards have notified 3,548 vacancies in graduate-level Non-Technical Popular Categories under CEN No. 06/2026. The Ministry of Railways announced the recruitment through PIB on 11 October 2026.

Key dates
- Online applications: 8 October to 6 November 2026 (11:59 pm) on rrbapply.gov.in
- Fee payment: until 8 November 2026
- Modification window (with fee): 9 to 18 November 2026
Eligibility and selection: The age limit is 18 to 33 years as on 1 January 2027, with relaxation for eligible categories. Selection involves CBT-1, CBT-2, document verification and a medical examination. The typing skill test has been dropped for the two typist posts in this cycle, though typing skills will be assessed after joining. Candidates may apply to only one RRB; multiple applications lead to rejection.
