CLAT 2027: online mock tests for applicants on 10 and 20 November 2026
The Consortium of NLUs will hold two online mock tests for CLAT 2027 applicants, UG and PG, on 10 and 20 November 2026. The actual exam stays offline on Sunday, 6 December 2026, from 2 pm to 4 pm.
The Consortium of National Law Universities has announced two online mock tests for candidates who have applied for CLAT 2027, in a notification dated 6 November 2026. Both UG and PG applicants can take them.
Mock test dates
- First mock test: 10 November 2026
- Second mock test: 20 November 2026
Each mock lasts two hours and has 120 questions. A correct answer earns one mark and a wrong answer costs 0.25 marks; unanswered questions carry no penalty. Every set of questions is based on a passage. Candidates see their score after submitting and may retake the test as often as they wish.
The Consortium says taking part is voluntary and the mocks are for practice only. Their format, difficulty and spread of questions are indicative and do not predict the actual paper, and no queries about the sample questions will be entertained.
The CLAT 2027 examination itself is unchanged: it will be held offline on Sunday, 6 December 2026, from 2 pm to 4 pm. Applicants who want to use the mocks should check the Consortium's website on these dates and make sure they have a stable internet connection.
