The CAT 2026 Information Bulletin, released on 26 July 2026, says admit cards can be downloaded from 4 November 2026 to 29 November 2026. The official CAT website's important-dates list also shows admit card downloads beginning on Wednesday, 4 November 2026.
What to know
- During registration, each candidate chose five preferred test cities. One of these is allotted subject to availability; in rare cases a nearby city may be allotted instead.
- The name of the test centre will be printed on the admit card. Once a centre is allotted, it cannot be changed.
- The test is on Sunday, 29 November 2026, in three sessions, at centres in about 170 cities.
Candidates should log in to the official CAT website with the user ID and password created at registration, download the admit card soon after it is released, and check their session timing and centre details carefully. Exam-day instructions should be read in full before travelling to the centre.
