JEE Main 2027 Session 1: NTA advisory on DigiLocker login, Re-KYC and Class 10 details for applicants
In an advisory dated 28 October 2026, NTA asks JEE Main 2027 Session 1 applicants to log in with their own DigiLocker, JanParichay or e-Pramaan credentials and do a DigiLocker Re-KYC first. Forms close on 22 November 2026.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) issued an advisory on 28 October 2026 for candidates registering for JEE (Main) 2027 Session 1. The online application form is open on the JEE Main website.
What NTA asks applicants to do
- Log in with your own DigiLocker, JanParichay or e-Pramaan (MeriPehchaan) credentials. Using your own account avoids mismatches in identity verification and biometric data later in the process.
- Complete a Re-KYC through DigiLocker before you fill in the form, so that your latest details are fetched.
- Enter your name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your Class 10 certificate or mark sheet.
Key dates for Session 1
- Applications and fee payment: until 22 November 2026 (11:50 pm)
- Late submission with a late fee of Rs 500: 23 to 26 November 2026
- Correction of application details: 27 to 29 November 2026
- Exam dates: 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28 January 2027
If you have not yet applied, check your DigiLocker profile and Class 10 details first, then complete the form before the deadline.
