SSC CHSL 2025 final result declared: 3,515 candidates shortlisted

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declared the final result of the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 on 7 October 2026.

• 3,515 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted against 3,522 vacancies.
• Posts were allotted on merit-cum-preference and on the Fix/Float option chosen in the sliding and identity verification round held from 1 to 3 September 2026.
• Candidates who did not attend that round in person were treated as absent and left out of the final result.
• Results of three candidates have been withheld, and no reserve or waiting list will be prepared.

What happens next: Document verification and appointment formalities will be handled by the departments to which candidates have been allocated. Anyone who hears nothing from their department within six months of the result should contact that department directly. SSC has said the final answer keys and detailed marks of all candidates will be uploaded later.
