SSC CPO 2026 notice: Sub-Inspector posts in Delhi Police, CAPFs and CISF (Fire)
SSC issued the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination 2026 notice on 10 September 2026. Applications closed on 30 September 2026 and the correction window ran from 8 to 10 October 2026.

Eligibility: A bachelor's degree is required for the Delhi Police and CAPF posts; SI (Fire) also accepts a B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or a three-year engineering diploma. The age limit is 20 to 25 years as on 1 August 2026 for all posts except SI (Fire) in CISF, which allows 18 to 30 years; relaxations apply to eligible categories. The fee is Rs 100, and women, SC, ST and eligible ex-servicemen candidates are exempt.
Selection: Paper-I, PST/PET, Paper-II and a detailed medical examination, all of which are mandatory. Applications have closed, so registered candidates should now concentrate on Paper-I.
